2011 is coming to an end
another chapter closes, and another opens.
so let's summarize significant events that has happened this year.

First, it was my graduation
yes, i'm a graduand from Ngee Ann Polytechnic's diploma in Early Childhood.
i had my graduation day, I finally got my official diploma.

Next, my job
I am now currently a full time English teacher under NTUC First Campus
my first full time job and even though it is hard work
i can't deny I am enjoying myself with the achievements.

Also, i got my license this year
and i paid for my own license (:

Highlights of this year,
got to be my 21st birthday
which was way beyond what i expected.
my fairytale birthday :)

2011 has it's ups and downs
challenges and achievements
i'm glad, i made full use of it.
and i thank everyone who has been part of my 2011 beautiful memories
no doubt, 2012 will be a brand new year, but the past years that i have gone through,
will definitely never be forgotten.

as much as life is all about what ifs,
that is the thrill isn't it?
decisions to make, future to look forward to.

let's look forward to a better year ahead.

all i'm praying for is for me to get a Degree

this is one of the many reasons why i enjoy work.

as much as i have loads of workload piling up.

part of the jobscope is to have fun (:

well hello dear bloggers.

i have been missing since forever.

it's not easy keeping a blog while working

especially in this line

i just feel tired as soon as i get home.

well, let's just talk a little about updates on my life.

firstly, i have a decision to make.

a decision for my future.

when i think about it, it's just so very painful.

i have so many dreams i wish to chase, to fulfill.

but i keep telling myself this, as much as i want to do it all,

i must learn to make myself happy as well.

this comes to decision of going to a UNI

yes, i desperately want to go back to studying.

but i realise that i don't have the means for it

or rather, i didn't think deep into it.

sigh.

i've turned 21, on the 5th of December 2011

and i had an amazing Hollywood Red Carpet Theme party.

it was like a fairytale come true. i had a beautiful dress, everyone looked gorgeous,

most importantly i hope everyone enjoyed themselves.

although it was raining,

i am really thankful for those who made the effort to come

cause i know i put in alot of effort to make it happen

and also, to thank those who has made it happen.

who helped me with the decorations, decisions, buying of stuffs

to guests who came, and i received a whole lot of presents,

thank you

turning a year older never felt so special.

had my first D&D on the 10th December 2011

the theme was around the world

i had fun with my colleagues (:

though food was disgusting.

but yeah, i had fun.

so i'm going to have an early night.

but i still got decisions to make.

hmmm

missed me much?

well hello dear bloggers.

November is here

and i've got less than a month till my 21st birthday

planning it big this year, but i realised that i'm short of time

so everything should start right now.

invites will be out soon and i am still thinking of how to make it. hmmmmm

work so far has been really busy.

with the closure for the year

means portfolio, log books, environment set up.

i'm feeling the tension cause it's the first time i'm going through it

but i am definitely getting the hang of everything :)

alhamdullilah.

with the support of my family,

i know i can pull through anything

so how has life been treating me?

i can never be more contented with everything that i am given

every opportunity to do something new.

every chance to improve myself.

i just wish i could do more

and i wished my health could be better than how it is now.

pfft.

health has always been my threat.

right now, i'm taking a little time off from work.

to update this lovely, but dead blog of mine.

relationship with the boy's been alright.

we haven't been meeting but when we get the chance to,

we treasure that opportunity.

happy 50th birthday daddy

today, my superhero turns 50!

it sounds like such a big number

but he seem younger than his age (:

guess that is because he has been keeping himself fit.

i love you daddy

sooooo.

i know i said i'll be updating.

but i guess my life as a teacher was never easy.

i have a very trying past 3 weeks

accommodating to him being in NS

he finally booked out last Friday, 23rd September.

the first time we spend our monthsery not together.

things changed

but i've got to get used to it.

the day after he booked out, we met up!

i was sooo happy to see him (:

we went on our 2nd raya together

though it's our 3rd year celebrating it together.

hahaha

we covered so many houses.

but i knew, i had him, that's all that matters

this is our test, in this relationship, if we make it or not

we talked about it

talked about how we're going to work things out

he's so patient to my situation and he always reassures that things are going to be okay

even if we don't get to meet

he still wants to know what happens to me,

even though he may be tired or busy

he texts me with every opportunity he gets

and i thank god, for all the effort he's putting into this

i guess only time can tell us which path we'll go into i guess

all i know, i'm thankful for all of this

i'm thankful for you Nashri Ja'afar

Day 5- 14th September 2011

today was such a fruitful day.
my classroom has never been cleaner for a very long time
thanks to the 'special' person who's coming tomorrow.
I was setting up my dramatic corner, cleaned my cupboard.
I'm a happy girl (:

I love seeing how my dear children are growing up so fast
they use to not speak any words, now, hearing them say my name makes me
a happy teacher.
this is why, being passionate with the children is the key ingredient in a teacher.
they make me look forward to work.
all 12 of them (:

OT today, and I worked till 6pm.
then I was caught in the rain on my way home (:
rain, and yes, I love the rain more than anything.
it feels like blessing from god.
that tomorrow will be better.

supposed to watch a movie with Nasriah today,
but since daddy was on leave, I thought I'll postponed it to tomorrow instead (:
so I went home. and will be meeting Nasriah tomorrow.

the days are so cold w/o you around.
but the song that's on repeat, forever and always.
yes, I'll always remember what you said to me (:
8 more days! I'm slowly getting used to it.

sorry for not updating yesterday,
so this post is for day 3 & 4

day 3: 12th September 2011

my first morning call made by you (:

daddy was on MC today
he fell sick, having mild bronchitis.

it was my training day,
i had to go all the way to mountbatten to go for my training.
throughout the train ride, i was listening to this song
it reminds me of you, of course technically you're not entirely gone like this song
but then, always and forever, always and forever.

so here, enjoy this song. for you.

during training, i was chosen to present my assignment
are you proud of me?
there were so many other teachers, but i was chosen.
haha.

ended my training late so i rushed back to the centre
and time was passing by so slow.
ironic cause i wanted to do alot of things but i couldn't cause i had to take care of the children

after work, went to meet my dear family for dinner
i had tom yam ban mian and then i remembered how you ate the fish soup
but not finishing the vegetables.
hahaha.
silly boy, and i always get mad and agitated when you do that
i bought for my mum mooncake
oh ya, did you know yesterday was moon cake festival?
yeah, so i bought for mummy mooncake and then we all went home

as daddy was sick, everyone stayed in his room to watch tv
i realised transporter was actually a nice show.
then we all slept early.
i slept after your phone call
and i realise i'm sleeping earlier and earlier each day.

day 4: 13th September 2011

that's today, woke up feeling queasy
so i texted you
i know my texts to you makes you feel uneasy, you being there and me being here
i'm sorry

i just don't know how to express myself i guess

i'll be spending the whole day at home

taking care of dear daddy

it's not nice to see him sick like that

i know you won't be able to call tonight

it's okay

you called me enough times this afternoon to ensure i'm fine

and i thank you for that

it's quite a hazy period now yeah bloggers

it's September 11.
10 years passed since the world trade centre incident.
another day w/o you.
but I can never be more thankful with your text

I've been out rayaing today
and I drove the whole time (:
my sister only drove when we're going home.
now I know how my daddy feels driving

first night/day w/o him

hello dear bloggers, i decided to start blogging again.
this is the only way he will be able to read what i have done for the day (:
since i made him do that in camp.

Day 1 - 10th September 2011
today is Day 1 of him being in camp
and there's 13 more days till his confinement will be over.
i may not know what i am going to do, without him around.
but i know i'll keep my time preoccupied with things that i am already doing.
and yes, be independent without him

2 weeks seems like a long time
3 months seems longer
2 years is no doubt a long time someone needs to serve NS
but taking a degree is of no difference
i'll probably need to spend more time studying rather than thinking so much about him
so insyAllah, if i get into the uni i desired, everything will be alright
and time will definitely pass

i may say, the feeling is not easy at all
and no doubt, i cried everytime i thought about it
i made him cry too, which was not a good thing to do
and that was the first time i saw him cry
everytime i renact that scene in my head, i'll start to miss him

hhmmmm, i wonder what he is doing now
usually, he'll be working at this time.
riding here and there, making customers happy.
now, he'll probably be running, that's a good thing!
hahaha

well, yesterday, i spent my night out with my colleagues,
we went to Sakura, and yes although i was not really in the mood
i did enjoy myself.
and it was the first time i went to a Sakura buffet (:
thank you dear colleagues.
and then i couldn't really sleep, but i forced myself too
currently at work, and i pray to complete my work
as much as i can of course.

weekends will pass by in a blink of an eye

i have got to start managing my time properly.

Term 3 starts next week.

PTC in 2 weeks time.

i'll just burn my time in the centre, and my sleep.

cause i know i want to do this.

insyAllah, god's willing

it is official, the boy's going to the army on the 9th September.

we talked about how we were going to go on.

i felt sad.

i don't know if we're going to still be together if he goes in

but i know, it was fate that got us together

and i hope, faith keeps us together (:

we'll get through this won't we?

so a little about us

i've known this crazy guy since we were young

12 years old i think?

yeah, childhood sweethearts (:

we some sort of 'dated' when we were younger of course it was puppy love

us living in the same condo, calling each other in the middle of the night.

lol

i wished we had pictures to last us a lifetime.

so then, we lost contact when he moved out

i never heard from him, or saw him

except for a couple of times at woodlands interchange but that was just hello and goodbye

he got my friendster(it was the in thing the last time)

he told me he was happy that he found me

of course, it was his sister who found me first.

and so, he began stalking me on blog, and yadayada

and i received messages he sent, to cheer me up (:

and then, we stopped contacting again

until during our second year in poly

i realised that he was in the same poly as me

coincidence or fate?

i don't know. but i knew, he sincerely wanted to know me

the first time we actually talked for a very long time was when he picked me up from cheerleading and send me home

it's sold away already though ):

but still, it got us together

when i was at my lowest, he picked me up, and brought me for dinner

we weren't even together

and he brought me places where no one would ever brought me, like the yishun damp.

and with his sincerity, i wanted to know more about him (:

so look where we are now, it's been almost 2 years that we 'dated'

he was never a distraction, but a motivation to me

not that i don't get them from my family, they're my priority.

but he was just there, just there when i needed someone.

we both graduated from Ngee Ann poly (: with a story to share

i hope my story will continue, till the end of time.

and i will take him going to NS as a test for the both of us (:

if we are able to go through this, nothing else will be too difficult.

so ready, set go!

Hello dear bloggers

i know i failed in attempting to update my blog.

sigh, i need to seriously have good time management.

anyways, today marked my 3rd month in MFS Wellington.

yes i was excited, but i realised that i have such a long way to go.

i thought, with the experience i had, being in a new environment would be a breeze,

but i was wrong.

Firstly, i really got to work on setting up the environment up to their expectations.

Secondly, i need to meet the deadlines that are given to me,

lastly, i should probably shut my mouth more often.

i am not taking the feedback i had in a negative way

of course i am always telling myself that they are more room for improvements

and i will always strive to do better in life

in whatever path/career i choose in.

i want to do my best

and this time, my best was not enough

or up to my standard that i expected it to be

well, let's start afresh

Term 3 is up and i know i can do better than this

i need good prospects for my future

and i know this relationship ties will help me in even getting a place in uni

like my principal say, or maher zain says,

with god's willing, my prayers, my effort,

i know i can do it

i want to breeze it through.

other than work, i have not been busy with anything else

just the family, the boy revolving around my world now

i miss my friends, i really do.

the boy may be leaving for NS soon,

that is his big next step in life.

hello dear bloggers.

well my dear blog of mine is really dead

and it's because work has never gave me an opportunity to breathe

it's the month of May already.

in about less than a month, i am going to prepare for my first PTC

shhessshh, nervous much

talking to my own parents is different from talking to my children's parents

i keep saying my children because 16 lil kids who comes in the morning, and leave in the afternoon

spending half their day with me got me so attached to them

yes i have been complaining that getting to work is such a drag,

but i like where i am right now.

i can do this!

as much as i grumble alot, especially to my bf

i am proud of the achievements that i have made,

and i know i made my family proud as well.

as of 25 May 2011, i will be a proud graduand from Ngee Ani n Poly

my parents will be there, witnessing the ceremony

i am excited yet afraid cause it will mean that i am moving a step forward

cause life's all about that right?

right now, i hope i make the right decisions,

the right choices,

the right path to take,

yet everything is still unpredictable right?

right now, i should focus on my full pledge teaching job while awaiting for my uni admission next year.

i have so much to say, yet so little time to do it.

i really hope and pray that May will be a better month

like how the past few months have been for me.

i just love being where i am now.

right now, i feel ever so blessed

and i know, there is a light somewhere out there for me

though i have been grumbling and whining about my work all this while

not here, maybe through other means

i know that sooner or later, i will be accommodated to it

when I was on my short getaway to Batam,

i know i've been there countless times,

but this time, i really opened up my eyes and look at the surronding

and this question came to me, why are we humans always grumbling and whining over the slightest things?

is it a natural occurrence of human?

or did god created us this way

i know, god created us for a reason,

we have to figure out the reason we are made

i've always been telling myself, things happen for a reason

cause it does, like karma

when you do something good, you'll get good things

but when you don't, then seriously don't expect good things to come to you.

i wouldn't deny that i do whine alot

about why people besides me get good stuffs, but not me.

but then, just to stop and think about it,

i've got my family.

that's enough

on top of that, i've got the awesomest bestfriend that is my bf

what else do i need?

my friends are my bonus, and i should be even more contented i got them!

the oot-oots, amelea, my sec school friends, my poly friends, my SSC friends, my colleagues!

omg, if i had to list down, i'll have 10 million pages of friends to thank (:

so bottomline, i know i should be contented

it seems like i come back to this special blog only every month

i've been telling myself, to update everytime something special happens,

but i can't seem to bring myself to,

or have the energy too ever since i started working.

i am a toddler english teacher now,

and yes, there is definitely alot of work to be done

as expected.

but i feel, like i can't click with my colleagues.

either they're intimidated by me, or they just hate me ):

i miss my colleagues in learning vision!

it's April already

2 months since i stopped school

but i miss school already.

i know i will complain when school starts again but who doesn't

i hope enrollment goes well for me next year

despite all the hectic schedule,

i am glad i'm looking forward to something this month.

FIRST! would be the Batam trip next weekend (:

we're going to do water activities!

and i can't wait!

i have never talked about this guy that has been by my side through my hardest moment in life

for that, i want to thank you

for always trying to put a smile on my face

despite everything that has happened,

giving up was never in your dictionary (:

we may not know what the future may be in store for us

if we will be together, or we may just be friends

but i know, those times that you brought me up, may be those times i will remember (:

i had a rough week, something to reflect on in my life

though it is over, i hope it wont' happen again.

okay, enough about that

i have been practically going for interviews

looking for a suitable place seeing that i'm working in the long run

interviews are not easy at all!

answering the same questions, going through the same process.

but i guess, this is the experience we all have to go through

another phase in life, getting a job.

i miss school

truthfully. i hate growing up.

thinking of the responsibilities

and i realize that i must come up with new resolutions/wishlist

it is a closure of one chapter and an opening for another

i have officially ended my chapter in Ngee Ann Polytechnic

going through 3 years of hardships, laughter and definitely memories.

okay this post should have been up last 2 weeks?

but i couldn't find the drive in writing any

so it has been drafted like a million times.

at this moment in time, where you need a break, and you find the happiest place you would want to be. this would be mine.
so much for caring, sometimes, i just care too much.

reality check: it's 4 weeks left to the end of another chapter of my life.
i was just thinking about how i miss secondary school when i moved on to poly.
now, i would go on ranting how much i've missed my poly life.

throughout this journey, i have had my memories to share
bitter/funny/exciting
every word in the dictionary that describes about life.
we would all laugh about how zombified we look, how we rush for assignments if we have more than 1 due a week, how we spent our breaks.
but we all know this, 3 years will definitely not be enough for us

as we say our goodbyes, i really hope we will stay on as friends.
friends who were there, encouraging one another
friends who always stay by your side despite what happens
friends to always count on.
of course, external friends will not be forgotten.

Truly sorry.

Finished my work @ Robinsons

Finished my stages for driving so it's time for TP!

many things have happened while i was away.

I barely make time for myself, so i treasure everyday that i get to sleep at home

call me sleeping beauty, but i loveeeeeee to sleep (:

no doubt about that

work is overrrr
i had an awesome and memorable time working at Robinsons with all my colleagues.

Class chalet was awesome, although i was there for awhile.

they had many stories to share after

but it was memorable.

had an impromptu sleepover with the oot-oots!

it was awesome beyond words to have company (:

girl talks, catching up with each other

we're soo outdated with our lives when we're so busyyyy

but i'm glad we had that, wished that tasha could join us though

but, i met up with tasha and amy loves last week

so i am proud to say that my week was fully utilized

and i want to go for more bowling dates with you babygirl!

he's a great guy babygirl

and you're so happy when you're with him.

so what has been going on with me
i have obviously been veryvery busy
that is why i barely blog/tweet/facebook anymore
but i still try to find lil time to spare for my own life
i have been juggling studies, driving, work
so far i have been fine, though i am exhausted

mentally and physically exhausted

and of course, highlight of the month,

me turning TWENTY
kind of a big deal, i know yadayada
but i didn't have a big birthday celebration
nevertheless, i am thankful for everything around me

A RACE AGAINST TIME

this shall be my topic for today's post.

it's been a while since i last posted.

so firstly.hello bloggers. i hope i'm dearly missed.

it's almost the end of November, meaning almost the end of the year.

meaning, graduation next year, and job hunt, applying for uni.

thinking about it already makes me go yikeessss

right now, the focus is on school and driving.

that's my race against time.

i just don't have so much time to do everything

and on top of that, i feel like something's troubling me

sighhh

my trouble is, i think about everything

yes, literally everything even if it doesn't affect me.

and i think about everyone else's feelings, except mine.

i use to be able to walk everywhere or anywhere alone, cause it's the only time where i can be by myself, and just ponder on stuffs

but now, when i'm alone, i really feel alone, feel like i have no one to talk to, or turn to

i guess i'm just too tired of everything.

life changes

it doesn't stay where we want it to be

it's how we face it

but i feel like i can't face it anymore

i can't take the pressure anymore

i feel like breaking down

right here, right now

at times, when i'm on the bus, or simply just walking, i would find myself tearing

for god knows what reasons

i find myself talking to god more often

finding solitude only in Him and in no one else.

and if i don't talk to him, i'll feel utmost horrible.

right now,life's a mess

i need to sort it out

i'm not ready to face anything else.

and i'm turning a year older next week

amazingly, i'm not looking forward to it.

lets talk about life, and friendship.

something that i've been pondering on and thinking about.

well it's never ending thoughts about the future right.

seeing that school's starting next week

and i swear i'm psyched about it.

friends, assignments, new stuffs to discover

studying, a never ending journey.

so the problem would be what i plan to do after i graduate.

my aim to get into James Cook Uni never went away.

i still want to go through that undergraduate programme, which allows me to take my degree.

but when?

prolly i'll take a break and work for a few months, and enter in the later intake.

that should probably be my decision to ease the financial burden.

so yeah, maybe that's my future for school.

so my aim, before next year is to actually get my license.

going for practical lessons now, and manual is not easy

it was never easy, but a little challenge won't kill you right?

if many other people could have passed and get their manual license, i can do it as well (:

and many other people is referring to the girls/woman.

many stereotyping' is happening on the road, where only guys should take manual if not they're not cool enough, and girls, should just stick to auto, easy way out.

that's what i heard from the instructor.

but i think everyone has their own preferences and choices with options to make.

finally, the topic about friends.

i feel like i'm losing them, slowly, one by one

but maybe, this is the test of friendship that i'm going through

where those who really mean something to me will stay, and those who are not, leaves.

i won't deny that i haven't really make time for friends, seeing that i'm working and taking lessons cause that's my priority and i've got to set my priorities straight

though i've tried to meet up with many, i can't expect all of them to accommodate to my schedule.

i hardly do things that i love to do, want to do.

sigh and this is the time and age to do it.

cause working is just an option now.

i'm still schooling.

i'm suppose to enjoy my holidays.

oh wells, enough mopping and grumbling, i chose all this.

how i wish i had more than 24 hours in a day. maybe that can help

well enough of chitter chatter.

i've got 2 more days of work left.

my little ones i've got to leave.

i might be leaving that company for good?

i'm not sure.

it's been long since i blogged

it's september already and in a few more days,

it'll be the wonderful month of Syawal.

many life changing things has happened to me while i'm gone from blogging.

actually not really life changing things, just things to ponder on.

of course i am not going to blog about all of it right now,

that'll be too long a post and too boring.

so what have i been up to?

had many iftar sessions, though there's suppose to be more.

i am so sorry friends that i can't make it this week and next week.

one that was so special to me would be with my dear secondary school friends.

everyone has grown to where we are now.

some are already working, some are even getting married.

and the catch up session was indeed special.

but i came to realise, we haven't really change that much

from our lil habits, like Nina always being the big sister to all of us

and Tasha, the bimbo cause she's always the last to find out what we're actually talking about.

and of course the rest of us.

so that was one of my big event that happened in August.

another memorable event would by my Sissy's 21st

i hope she had fun, all the hard work paid off cause she was really surprised

i wanted to tear seeing her so speechless like that

nothing makes me happier than seeing her happy.

cause she's always going through a rollercoaster in her life.

hope you had a blast during your 21st birthday sissy (:

i had food poisoning.

not fun.

i owe 11 days of fasting up to date.

i swear the pain is way beyond anything

it was so memorable cause the teacher's weren't teachers that day

it has been a long time since i actually update.

trust me, there is alot of drafts in my blogger right now.

our life is a race against time,

in the end, it's how we manage it and make full use of it.

i am unsure myself if i'm doing well in managing it.

so life as a student teacher.

let me think, it's not a very easy task is it friends?

try being in our shoes, where we are in the centre from 9am-5.30pm

and then getting home to prepare our materials and etc.

that's not life.

but i guess it's the experience that counts right?

i'm almost done with my year 3 sem 1

and it's already August.

more than half a year gone.

i can't wait to see what the future holds for me,

will i be successful or not?

here's a quick update on events that happened.

- Met up with my dear secondary school friends last Thursday, though it was a short while, i had fun and i missed them like crazy.

- Spend 2 wasted days on an ECH conference. though it was beneficial in one way or another, i felt that i wasted precious time.

- Had fun with the family, went to the railway station, took pics. went to many places on Sunday, running errands and sis, bro and daddy went to Pixar gallery, i didn't get that chance ): again, i wasted time doing nothing.

- Passed BTT yesterday, alhamdullilah. I hope that i will get my license soon,soon.

- Been working since last week, plus curriculum planning, all the webs. gahhgahh

i think i'm officially overworking myself cause i hardly get any rest

and i can slowly feel my body breaking down ):

right now, here's a lil break and i'm back to doing my work

hello all, it's the Thursday of the week.

Which means tomorrow is Friday!

omg, how time passes by so fast and i'm almost done with my first week of school.

I am glad to meet up with my dear classmates of mine on Monday.

Missed them so much during the holidays

and now, it is time to get to serious business, something we all dread

but this semester is a little different.

our field prac would be the whole day

rather than the half day we used to have.

but i think, thanks to me working, i would not mine having attachment for the whole week

this is why experience is important. esp for me.

it was beawesome!

though i booked out during the weekends,

which i could have bonded more with the freshies.

i had fun during campfire

behind the scene of how it is actually done,

i didn't know though i've been to 2 sports camp already

alot of hard work and effort had to be put in to make the campfire a great one

everyone had fun

the helper's skit was awesome

well, i know its my hols, and i should be updating more frequently,

but i can't find any inspiration to blog.

job hunting

so far, i'm unemployed

jobless

ever since i started working, i find this need to work,

even though its tiring, i find it more worthwhile

when every second counts in life, you just need to do something

some friends say that i can't just sit still and do nothing

meaning staying at home, just watching movies after movies or sleeping

i haven't done that since the hols start

i've been helping with the house work

i think i'm more satisfied with home being clean :D

i just washed my toilet, swept the whole house.

but i'm still praying that i'll get a job

maybe, i'll take a pause in my life, for a lil while

and go for GL camp, and just have the time of my life.

today, marks the last day of year 2

though we had our last class yesterday

but we've still got our last 2 papers to go

PEC (psychology for exceptional children) & CHN (child, health & nutrition)

its funny how times fliesss

i still remember we were just struggling to complete assignments

now, that its all done

i feel like there's nothing left to do

but i love this crazy bunch of 24 girls + guy

we may look like those study geeks.

but i swear, we're not

i think we may be one of the craziest bunch

a class, full of people with different personalities

but we get along fine

phew.

i didn't sleep on Sunday night, meaning Monday morning

and then class till 6pm

errmmm, actually, its already 5 days passed the new year

oh wells, i've been a busy beee

as per usual, busy beeee

buzzzz....

anyway, its E-learning week

yipeeee.

but still, i'm getting worried when school opens ):

cause assignments are still not done.

i think i have countless of assignments

cause i can't seem to keep track of it

i can't help thinking that time is passing real fast

we were talking about kak liyana's graduation which is going to happen this year

this was how we celebrated our christmas day

picnic and small bbq @ pasir ris park

but it was enjoyable

i had soo much fun

cycling, eating ice cream

talking to sister while listening to the waves

quality time spent

memories you'll never forget

we're all starting on our assignments already

its abit difficult for me and my cliques,

as we are all in different groups for all the assignments

and therefore, i have to meet up with different group for assignments

which means, more late nights

we plan to meet next week

its a few more days till christmas

and till the new year.

i had this sudden urge to blog,

after having a very busy holidays

with never ending assingments + work

quite tiring actually.

christmas tomorrow

and we already did our christmas shopping for the cousins

it was sure difficult and my legs were all sore after that

let me ask you this, what do you get someone who has everything?

hahaha

and daddy rewarded us too

i got a new wallet

sister got new camera

mummy has new clothes

daddy rewarded himself with a new tv, but of course, shared by the whole family

finally, isaac has contact lenses for Secondary 1 next year

speaking of which, he successfully got through presbyterian high with a score of 196

he will be going to Normal Academic

nevertheless, i'm very proud of him.

good job brother!

i know that i'm here for a reason

a reason which i'm yet to find out.

but i'll keep looking for the answer

cause everything happens for a reason.

i know i'm not a superwoman, who's always trying to make things better

want to make things better even if its not within my means.

i guess, that's what i do.

on 5th December 2009, Saturday

a girl has just turned ninteen

a birthday she'll never forget.

thank you for those who were involved

esp, the oot-oots + sister who were the organizers

my cousins + shasharina + ella who were helpers

mummy and daddy who cooked for me, and made my day a happy one

finally, all those who came for the surprise

and of course, dearest babysaida, who had to spend my morning,

blindfolding me all the way

and she's all the way at vietnam now.

imy baby ):

so re-cap on that day

i went out early, to meet baby

agenda : to do my assignments, before she brings me somewhere

so we decided to get to starbucks

second surprise : by Jamie Quek

we had our normal silly conversation on MSN

plus she webcam with baby.

how silly

she said she was going to call starbucks to tell them its my birthday

i find it highly impossible because why would entertain that nonsense

so she said she called, and then told me they can't do it

i pretended to play along and be sad

*still thinking it was impossible*

however........

about half an hour later, they came to me, singing a birthday song

with a small cake

i felt so embarrased!

but THANK YOU JAMIE QUEK! *hugs*

of course, this silly girl has simple surprises that makes me really happy

we walked for starbucks city hall

all the way till Suntec City

seeing that my bag was heavyyy, i was pretty much complaining about how far we went

hahahaha

we walked around Suntec City for a lil while

before she brought me to the sky garden

there, she blindfolded me, and told me to wait

then she handed me 2 roses (: awwww

fourth surprise : by Saidatul Fatimah, Mudda'i, Bumblee

after meeting Da'i, baby said he was bringing me somewhere

then suddenly, she blindfolded me, and blasted my ipod to my ears

then they brought me into the taxi and i had no idea where i was heading to

then...... we cabbed, reached the place,

and...... i saw bumblebee!

and of course the driver.

fifth suprise : the main party! of course, organizers were sister + oot-oots

i was blindfolded yet again in bumblebee.

brought to somewhere, who knows

and then i was suprised that everyone was there!

it was totally uncalled for

and usually, i am smart enough to figure out surprises!

but i didn't realise this time

omg, they're good.

i had a blast, though had abit of unhappy things here and there

plus the rain.

but i am thankful for everything that happened that day.

flat out tired

this week, pretty much almost everything's done

i handed in my EC, had my photoshop practical test just now and handed in my EA assignment

just that, this semester seems to be different ):

idk, maybe its just me. this paranoia feeling.

i've got 4 assignments due next week!

2 essays, 1 movie maker, and my Field Practicum evaluation

oh ya, speaking of that, i've got to come up with a floor plan for my Math Corner

omg, there's so many things happening next week, and i'm not looking forward to it

my weekends are going to be taken away!

this weekend, next weekend

i need my rest

oh wells, its back to essay now

pray i'll finish it

i'm not in the mood to do anything, but to finish my assignments

everyone's asking me to take a chill pill

and to rest

i've been having less than 6 hours of sleep everyday?

right now, if i could ask for something

i know this blog has been lacking of updates

bear with me alright

with me always getting sick, and assignments on my hand

i'm just trying to keep track of everything

first of all, assignments

starting next week, i've got assignments due

every week

cause its coming to the end of semester 2, term 1

so yeah, the busy,busy period

when everyone's preparing for common test

ECH students have to forgo their sleep to perfect the assignments

it made me think *note to people

don't ever date any girls from ECH

hahaha

i'm just kidding :P

secondly, Recce for environmental awareness was great

i hope we've got everything we wanted

i get blur vision now

my chest didn't get any better

i went, had x-ray, heart checked, blood test

but, thank god i didn't get admitted

i've just got to be less stressed up with everything.

the first experience going at accident and emergency,

was dreadful.

i never want to go back there again ):

and in the end, i got back with more medicine.

sigh, why am i so weak?

Went to the docs again just now :(
As much as I didn't want to, I had to.
Had difficulty in breathing this afternoon.
The pain felt as if someone was actually sitting on my chest.

During this period of time, I've got my family to thank.

this lil girl just visited the doctor

yet again.

once last month, once this month

which is not good ):

it feels like its secondary school again.

where i was barely in school,

always at the docs

i hate being the weak one

this time, was a totally different thing

i'm having chest pains like i've never had before.

i'm so tired of breathing that i want to stop breathing

which is not possible of course.

duh?

went to the docs, wow, he filled up the whole page

with words i don't understand

then he said that he thinks its because of gastric

the wind is making me breathe hard

and its soooo painful.

and worse thing, this made mummy worried

she kept saying "A&E,A&E"

cause he said if it persists, i'll have to be sent to the A&E

which i soooo don't think its necessary.

so i'm on MC today from school

and its the only 2nd week of school

i don't want to let my illness stop me from what i'm doing

of course, right now, i'm going way beyond my limits

i've got to decide what are my priorities,

and set them straight

cause smack back to reality, i'm not strong,

i can't handle and juggle what i'm going through now

and........

best part is that all me medicine are all green and white

We each take different paths in life.

but no matter where we go,

we take a little of each everywhere.

i survive my first week in Year 2 Semester 2

pretty much really very tiring

i've got cheer on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

which means ending at 9.30pm

then most classes starts in the morning.

grrr

but i think the module on psychology for exceptional children will be interesting.

haha

well, i had chest pains last night

that equals to difficulty in breathing

equals to not a good night, and i cried trying to get to sleep

oh well, i don't know what's the source of the pain.

but i'll be fine

cheer training tomorrow!

and i got to go!

terrible nightmares.

yet, the source of what's causing it is unknown.

sad much.

i'm feeling so weird right now,

its that you don't have enough sleep

but i've been catching up with my sleep during the weekends

but i've been having bad nightmares

i sleep early, but i wake up like 2-3 times

and it gets so difficult to get back to sleep

sigh

this is frustrating

feeling really tired right noww.

i took the wrong side of the train without realising it ):

my superhero that i'm missing so much

the ones that encourages me to never give up.

live has been a roller coaster ride.

and 'the climb' by Miley Cyrus has never fail to encourage me not to give up.

FAMILY, my priority, can never be replaced.

i love the oreth's

i'm babysitting now

like lil Anais

i now have lil Alana

all this lil babies.

its interesting to see them live their life

and me being part of it

being their 'nanny'

i'm staying over at Bik Siti's house now

vacation i can say (:

thank you bik siti, for allowing me to sleeep over

my sleep over since a very long time

now, i take 45 mins to get to work

better then the usual 1 1/2 hours

tell me about it

and its cheaper!

god, i don't know how much it was to get from home to work.

heart pain just spending on transport.

so many things happening

school's opening soon, looking forward to it

hoping for a great next weekend.

LIFE IS SHORT

they say, it takes a minute to find a special person,

an hour to appreciate them

a day to love them

but then an entire lifetime to forget them

MY TIME at LV@NCS HUB

my 1 month of experience, actually working at a childcare

good experience i can say.

doing opening and closing of the centre

having fun with all the kids.

my last day @ work

we coincidentally celebrated children's day

had our own Hi-5 coming into the centre

of course, its us teachers

consisting of me

glad to be part of the celebration.

i had fun, gave them goodbye hugs

i'll miss all those morning madness

those laughter

yet again, i've made friends i'll never forget

sorry for the very lack of updates

as per usual, was working during my last week there

Monday & Tuesday, worked from 8.30am-7pm

Wednesday, 7.30am-5pm. followed by cheer

Thursday, 8.30am-7pm

and finally, Friday 7.30am-5pm

damn tired, tell me about it.

thank you friends who came to my open house.

sorry to those i didn't invite, it wasn't very big

but i had fun (:

and the oot-oots reunited again

and meeting my baby, after a ka-zillion years!

i just miss her so much.

well, i can say

my life's not perfect now

i feel like i'm going for a total mental breakdown

there's so many things which i want to do

to bring everything to light

but things just stop me from doing it

to make things right

without hurting many people.
